I can’t even remember when I first met Paul perhaps it was when I was a youth grouper… the voice of God at conventions and eventually my supervisor when I was head RA at NFTY convention in Los Angeles. Eventually I became a rabbinical student in New York and had the opportunity to work for Paul as an intern. Under his tutelage, I learned how to organize bus groups, schlep kids across Israel and even learn flights to and from Israel. Paul cared so deeply about the future of Jewish youth and the Jewish people and Israel, but nothing was more important to him than his beloved children and eventually grandchildren. Family and friends (who became family) were everything to him. He was a true Mensch, a great warrior for our people and I will miss him terribly. זל
