Birth register no. 989, Halberstadt, 16 December 1914. Before the undersigned registrar appeared today the merchant Paul Reichenbach, personally known, resident in Halberstadt, of the Jewish religion, and reported that his wife Margarete Reichenbach, née Liebenthal, of the Jewish religion and living with him, gave birth at their residence in Halberstadt on 15 December 1914 at five-fifteen in the afternoon to a male child who received the given name Adolf. Read aloud, approved and signed: Paul Reichenbach. The registrar: [signature].
