Before the undersigned registrar appeared today Paul Reichenbach, personally known, resident in Halberstadt, and reported that Margarete Reichenbach, née Liebenthal, his wife, gave birth at their residence in Halberstadt on 16 May 1909 to a female child who received the given names Ruth Helene. Read aloud, approved and signed: Paul Reichenbach. The registrar: [signature].
