Birth register no. [entry], Halberstadt, 21 October 1876. Before the undersigned registrar appeared today the merchant Adolf Reichenbach, personally known, resident in Halberstadt, of the Jewish religion, and reported that his wife Goldine Reichenbach, née Marcuse, of the Jewish religion and living with him, gave birth at their residence in Halberstadt on 20 October 1876 to a male child who received the given names Jacob Paul. Read aloud, approved and signed: Adolf Reichenbach. The registrar: [signature].
