פ״נ האשה החשובה מ׳ת מרים מאטהילדע אשת ר׳ משה הלוי רייכענבאך הלכה לעולמה ד׳ טבת תרפ״ט אשה צנועה וכשרה עטרת בעלה ובניה חסד וגמלה לחיים ולמתים ביתה פתוחה לעניים וזכרה הטוב לברכה תנצב״ה
English translation
Here is buried The important woman, Mrs. Miriam Mathilde Wife of R. Moshe HaLevi Reichenbach She passed away on the 4th of Tevet 5689 A modest and righteous woman, Crown of her husband and her children. [She performed] kindness and charity for the living and the dead. Her house was open to the poor. May her good memory be for a blessing. May her soul be bound in the bond of life.

- The date letter is read as dalet: 4 Tevet 5689, corresponding to 17 December 1928 and agreeing with the cemetery register. Her husband is securely identified as Moshe HaLevi in Hebrew and Moritz in the civil cemetery register; only this household’s relationship to the principal documented family line remains unresolved.
