Frankfurt a. M., Berlin, Halberstadt, d. 14. Juni 1931 Schubertstrasse 13. In tiefem Schmerz: Julius Jacob Adolf Jacob Paul Reichenbach u. Frau Oberbaurat Max Reichenbach u. Frau Else Sernau geb. Reichenbach Ernst Reichenbach Die Beerdigung findet statt Dienstag, den 16. d. M., vormittags 11 Uhr vom neuen israelitischen Friedhof, Eckenheimer Landstrasse 238, in Frankfurt a. M.
English translation
My dearly beloved wife, my loving mother, our dear sister, sister-in-law and aunt, Mrs. Anna Jacob, née Reichenbach, died as the result of an accident on the 14th of this month. Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, Halberstadt, 14 June 1931. Schubertstrasse 13. In deep sorrow: Julius Jacob; Adolf Jacob; Paul Reichenbach and wife; Senior Building Official Max Reichenbach and wife; Else Sernau, née Reichenbach; Ernst Reichenbach. The burial will take place on Tuesday, the 16th of this month, at 11 a.m., from the new Israelite cemetery, Eckenheimer Landstrasse 238, Frankfurt am Main.

- Uncertainty
- The notice calls Anna a wife, mother, sister, sister-in-law and aunt without assigning every relationship to a named mourner. It strongly supports her place in Paul, Max, Else and Ernst’s generation but does not name her parents. Else Sernau may be the relative remembered as ‘Liesl,’ but no record yet proves that identification.
