English translation
First official copy (taxed). Documentary tax paid: 60 Reichsmarks. Register of instruments no. 79, year 1938. Wernigerode, 29 August 1938. Filed on 15 September 1938. Receipt from the real-estate-transfer-tax office received on 14 September 1938. Negotiated in Wernigerode on 26 August 1938 before me, the undersigned notary, Dr. jur. Friedrich Gander of Wernigerode. Appearing today, personally known, were: 1. the merchant Friedrich Bode of Wernigerode, Breite Straße 20; 2. the merchant Fritz Reichenbach of Wernigerode, Breite Straße 7. They requested notarization of a purchase agreement to be concluded between them and declared unanimously: §1. The second appearing party, the merchant Fritz Reichenbach—hereinafter called the seller—hereby sells to the first appearing party, merchant Friedrich Bode of Wernigerode—hereinafter called the buyer—the house property belonging to the former, located in Wernigerode at Breite Straße no. 7 and entered in the Wernigerode land register, volume 46, folio 1936.
