§6. The contracting parties have been instructed: 1. that ownership of the object of sale passes only through conveyance and registration of the change of ownership in the land register; 2. that registration of the change of ownership can take place only after submission of the clearance certificate from the real-estate-transfer-tax office; 3. that court actions depend upon advance payment or security for costs; 4. that registration of ownership requires approval under the Act concerning the Development of Residential Settlement Areas of 22 September 1933; 5. that the purchaser may also be jointly liable for value-increment tax if the transaction is subject to it and the tax cannot be collected from the seller; 6. that the amount of the agreed purchase price is subject to official review under the Regulation Prohibiting Price Increases of 26 November 1936; 7. that the second appearing party is a Jew and, under the order implementing the Regulation on the Registration of Jewish Property of 26 April 1938, approval by the higher administrative authority is necessary for this legal transaction; 8. that the notary established the contents of the land register by inspecting it. §7. The buyer bears the costs of notarizing the purchase, the registrations, any documentary taxes, and the real-estate acquisition levy. The seller bears any value-increment tax. The record was then read aloud to the appearing parties, approved by them and signed in their own hands as follows: Friedrich Bode; Fritz Reichenbach; [seal] Dr. Friedrich Gander, notary.
