English translation

The house property consists of a residence with built courtyard, for the agreed purchase price of 60,000 Reichsmarks—in words, sixty thousand Reichsmarks. All essential components of the property are included in the sale. §2. The real property sold passes to the buyer in the condition in which it is found and as inspected by the buyer. The seller gives no warranty for a particular size or condition of the property, but declares that he is not aware that the property is affected by dry rot or fungal decay, although approximately twelve years ago a fungal repair was made in what was then the stable. §3. Possession is to be delivered to the buyer on 1 October 1938. The contracting parties undertake to declare the conveyance by 1 October 1938. The rights and uses connected with the object of sale, as well as the risk and the public charges and levies upon it, pass to the buyer beginning 1 October 1938. §4. The purchase price is 60,000 Reichsmarks—in words, sixty thousand Reichsmarks. The buyer shall pay this amount in cash, concurrently upon issuance of the required official approval and execution of the conveyance. §5. To secure the buyer’s claim to conveyance, the seller consents to and applies for the entry of a priority notice of conveyance in the land register. §5a. The effectiveness of this agreement depends upon approval and performance of the agreement concerning the merchandise inventory concluded at the same time on 26 August 1938.
